Job Description
Excellent knowledge of Change  Management Frameworks and methodologies to be able to come up with Change Management Strategy  Change  Management Plan including Resistance Management and Training  The Change Manager is expected to manage  end to end change management projects and would need to have a good understanding of project management  inter related process stages i e   initiate  plan  execute  monitor  control  close  and the supporting processes e g scope cost time issue risk resource communication stakeholder management  Change Manager must be proficient in stakeholder relationship management and influencing to successfully lead the project team and  deliver to meet stakeholders  needs
